In terms of design I have opted to give to this space an industrial and minimalist aesthetics that allows to maintain the essence of what was before, a site where humble people won a salary to live..
Despite the lack of delicate and elegance of the materials used to build the interior of this space, I believe that I have achieved a nice, beautiful and useful space to live in.

This environment hasn’t got a lot of color but this fact, is part compensated by the light that the great amount of windows and glasses lets enter inside.
Our intuition and experience tells us that industrial environments are dark, dirty and chaotic environments. What I wanted with this project was to break with this experience and create a luminous and clean space.

On the other side, I have respected the total height of the ceilings, but in certain stays i have reduced them through false ceilings to achieve a better sensation.
