The main idea of our interior project is based on a big kitchen that allows having inside several 3d printing machines in view of the costumers. The iconicity of this large cube that presides over the centre of the room is huge thanks to its dimensions and materials.

Inside this central space is where all the churros are moulded and fried. For the clients of Moldea, the fact of seeing from the outside of this big central island how the churros are extruded and fried can be a unique experience, something they have never had the chance to see. 

Dulcinea is a lifelong churrería whose interior gives off an unmistakable essence. What is pretended with Moldea is to not lose the essence of the typical and rustic.

The value of our project is to create a place for all where they can experiment with something new such as printing food and have a nice time in an opened and interactive space. This space will be destined to a varied public, both to the more conservative people and to young people who will go out of their way to take a photo in our premises or to record for the networks the extrusion and subsequent frying of a churro.
